“There is a lot of discussions about social media and how it can fit into your marketing mix. I think a lot of people are paying attention to that and asking questions to figure out how they can use that as well. I've heard a lot of good examples of what worked for other people and big companies, so it is obviously something that most marketers will have to start doing and this is a great place to get some ideas and tools on how to get things started. It is a learning process and I'll have to start strategizing on how to do this.”
