Peter Hubbell

Executive Vice President & Global General Manager, Saatchi & Saatchi


Peter Hubbell leads the General Mills business with global responsibility for the efforts of Saatchi & Saatchi and all of the Publicis Groupe’s specialized agencies. In this role, Hubbell navigates brands and ideas across the partnership of Publicis Groupe’s agencies and brings great ideas to life in integrated campaigns across multiple touch points. His innovative partnership techniques have been recognized at the highest levels of the General Mills global organization.

Hubbell has over 27 years of packaged goods experience with clients including P&G and Pillsbury. He has helped to grow great global brands like Pampers, Crest and Charmin and driven results on countless others including Dawn, Puffs and Hawaiian Punch. Hubbell was also responsible for helping to transform P&G into an “in-touch” company through its first ever, corporate equity effort themed “Touching Lives, Improving Life.”

A graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, Hubbell lives in Manhattan with his wife Caroline and has three children. Living in the city makes him even more passionate about his favorite interest, which is enjoying adventures in the wilderness.
